Inconsistent water pressure during peak hours!!! Limited controls for privacy in certain rooms!!! Maintenance issues like a dripping toilet could make for a less peaceful night!!!

The service is good, includes paid parking. The rooms are tastefully decorated and air conditioned with high ceiling, everything is fantastic. The breakfast is more than great. The employees are very amiable.

The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively, leaving it rather hot during the night. The WiFi was inconsistent, a pain when trying to get work done. Noise from outside on a Saturday night was a bit annoying, interrupting the peace I was hoping to find.

Great spacious room with air conditioning, tv, and mini fridge. Super close to Mercato Centrale and lots of shops. The staff were really helpful and let us store our bags after check-out. Check-in was easy with key codes. Loved the good shower and toiletries provided!

The room was really spacious and modern, with a strong air conditioning system must-have for the summer heat. A quick walk from key attractions, the location was convenient. The staff at the breakfast cafe were friendly, and the easy self check-in made arrival hassle-free. Inconsistent water pressure in the shower was disappointing, and I encountered limited privacy controls in the room that could use improvement.

Just a solid selection for a short weekend trip in Florence with good value for money. The breakfast included was a nice touch, though we had to find a different place around 9 when all vegan options were gone. Try to get there early for breakfast!

The location provided great access to Florence, great to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff were helpful and resolved a minor issue quickly. Breakfast at a nearby cafe was good, with staff who were attentive and accommodating, especially regarding dietary allergies.
